## Description

Wigan Council intends to procure Contractors to complete Improvement works to 7 High Rise Residential Blocks in Scholes Village, Wigan\. The Works will include provision for upgrades to water mains, fire detection, lighting and power\. The works will be carried out under a JCT Design and Build Form of Contract 2016 with bespoke amendments\. The Works include but not limited to: • Domestic Water Main Replacement • Fire Hose Removal • Enhancements to Lighting and Small Power • Fire Detection Upgrades • Smoke Ventilation to Stairwells
