## Description

With co-funding from the European Regional Development Fund, the University of Sheffield is establishing a flagship national Translational Energy Research Centre \(TERC\) to provide a multi-technology, integrated RD&D platform, focusing on low carbon energy generation and CCUS \(Carbon Dioxide Capture Utilisation/Storage\) technologies, integrated together with a smart energy management system and battery storage\.
