## Description

The SES drainage team needs to commission a contract for specialist technical services to review and rewrite those parts of the Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works \(MCHW\) associated with drainage in order to remove ambiguity and achieve enhanced usability, structure, content and applicability for modern contract forms and construction\.
