Design of AHP investment evaluation, including agreement of impact and return on investment \(ROI\) measures, and report on impact realised by 2022/23 financial year end\. A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest\. Please note: the budget for this work is £60,000 exclusive of VAT\.
