This is ERDf funded\. The University aspiration is to develop a facility that can be classed as Net Zero itself and that meets BREEAM Outstanding\. To do this the University is looking to employ professional services consultants to support its submission for funding to MHCLG by providing RIBA Stage 2 report and then Stage 3 report
