Brixham Fire Station - PCSA - Demolition & New Build

The Authority has undertaken a 2-stage mini-competition from the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) and entered into a pre-construction agreement (PCSA) for the demolition and construction of a new fire station at its Brixham Fire Station site. This award notice is to publish details of the expenditure made on two instructions whilst under the PCSA with the contractor.

Additional information: Expenditure under PCSA relates to two PCSA Instructions. Whilst an 'end date' has been provided, this is for the financial year end of the year in which the PCSA has been commenced. The end date for the PCSA is an unknown timescale and will be subject to the final build cost and the formal award of a build contract if the final build cost is accepted.
