• Provision of voice calls • Provision of a voicemail service • Provision of short-code/extension dialling\. Closed number group facilities • Ability to prevent the receipt of unsolicited calls and text messages • Ability to bar by default for all connections unless by exception: o International voice calls o International voice and data roaming o Premium rate calls and SMS services o Non-geographic numbers \(excluding 0300, 0845 and 0800 which must all be included\) • MMS messages • Provision of texts \(SMS\) • Provision of a data service: 4G as default, 3G by exception, 5G plans • Provision of a machine sim service \(for chip and pin devices, lifts, boiler rooms etc\.\) The supplier will add or remove service bars upon request\.
