Acquisition of an ICT Software & Mobile Hardware Solution Domestic Waste Collections

Blackpool Council is seeking to engage a single supplier for the acquisition of an ICT software & mobile hardware solution for domestic waste collection for the borough of Blackpool. The system and supplier will need to provide functionality and hardware to integrate with a mobile working solution for its fleet of vehicles.
