EBC is seeking to procure an interactive CGI tool to allow the user additional insight into the properties available within the One Horton Heath development\. Contract start/end dates are approximate given the nature of this work\. ATTENTION: This opportunity was previously advertised under reference DN731552, the Council were unable to award the contract due to ambiguity in the tender documents\.
