Early Help Family Aide Workers

Early Help is the term used to describe arrangements and services that respond to the needs of children, young people and their families as soon as problems start to emerge at any point in their lives. 2.1. The Service will provide 'hands on support' to families who already have an identified Lead Practitioner. The Family Aide Workers (FAW) will complete targeted pieces of work that are detailed within Bradford Early Help plan following the completion of a Bradford Early Help Assessment.
