UK Health Security Campus\_Cost Assurance Delivery Partner - Cost Assurance will play a vital role in ensuring that the Programme delivers value for money and maintains financial integrity throughout its lifecycle\. It will involve systematic cost estimating, benchmarking, preparation of budget cost plans, independent verification of contractor claims, and rigorous assessment of payment applications to confirm they are accurate, justified, and compliant with contractual obligations\. This function will provide objective oversight of budgets, risks, and changes, giving confidence that expenditure remains aligned with client requirements, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practice including Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors \(RICS\) procedures, processes, and methodologies\.
