## Description

Summary of Requirements: The CoLP currently have 10,000 boxes of archived material which need to be stored/destroyed off site\. - Secure \(ISO standard\) storage for all police archived records - Same day secure delivery and collection upon request - Clear Procedure for COLP staff to visit all co-ordinated through the COLP Records Management Team - Secure destruction of archives including media\. - Secure climate-controlled storage for media \. - Scanning service on demand a benefit
