## Description

The Council is seeking an experienced marketeer or marketing agency to help increase sport and leisure income and participation levels in the town\. A series of campaigns will improve the reach of iCard memberships \(the Council’s leisure membership scheme\), casual usage of facilities and help drive the delivery of the school holiday programmes\.
