KCL-00001021 Grounds Maintenance and landscape Gardening

KCL is looking to appoint a Grounds Maintenance and landscape maintenance contractor for their Campuses and Residences. The sites consist of:

o Strand Campus, Maughan Library, Bush House, James Clerk Maxwell Building & Somerset House East Wing; o Guys Campus & Britannia House ; o St Thomas'; o Denmark Hill Campus; o Champion Hill, Student Accommodation; o Great Dover Street, Student Accommodation; and o Stamford Street, Student Accommodation

The services required will include (but are not limited to): o Lawn care and maintenance o Flower bed and planter maintenance o Seasonal planting o Tree maintenance o The supply and care of internal plants i.e. Orchids, Cactuses. o Ad hoc work.
