Unitas intends to appoint a Principal Contractor to carry out the works: The intended works to 12nr blocks of the 'six blocks' archetype comprise the following: Firestopping to service ducts Partitions in roof space to provide fire rated compartmentation to/between the flats below Walkways to provide safe working platforms (for the works and for future maintenance use) Over-board and skim communal area ceilings including re- decoration Fire rated securable access hatches in roof space Post Completion Cleaning Full details are available via the ProContract tendering system.
