Phase 2 Design and Build Main Contractor

The scope of this appointment includes the full design and construction of new affordable homes and all associated external works, services, drainage (including any diversions), and landscaping. The appointment includes making applications to vary existing planning consents or previous materials approvals as required, discharge of outstanding planning consents and addressing all Party Wall Matters to allow works to proceed.The Employer requires, as per Timetable in ITT Instruction document, first stage site activities (services diversions, excavations for foundations, as defined by the HCA), to be complete or underway by 15th March 2019. Phase 2 units are to be delivered collaboratively in Sections, under a sealed JCT Design and Build Contract 2016.
