## Description

Ofgem is working alongside the Government in Phase 2 of Review of Electricity Market Arrangements \(REMA\) programme\. As part of Ofgem's remit, Ofgem is developing policy options regarding access rights and charging\. Those proposed policy options/reforms will feed into broader packages of national market and zonal market reforms\. Support from a supplier is required to: \* Test and expand Ofgem's initial thinking regarding some policy options; \* Help Ofgem understand how those options interact with an existing and potential future set of market arrangements and policies/potential reforms; and \* Assess the access options considering the interactions between different policies based on pre-agreed criteria \(REMA criteria\)\.
