This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - A further time extension of one year is to be added to the contract term, making the new expiry date 1st December 2022
