Description

The Council required the appointment of a M&E Consultant to help develop the RIBA Stage 3 design package and potentially to progress the project through further RIBA stages. Due to the time-critical nature of the funding requirements, the Council made a direct award via the Constellia Neutral Vendor Framework in accordance with the framework terms. The value of the contract for RIBA Stage 3 is £19,000 (exclusive of VAT). Subject to funding being secured, the contract includes the option to extend to subsequent RIBA stages, with a total potential contract value of £66,237.76 (exclusive of VAT).
