Provision and Application of Bond Coat to Carriageways in Northumberland

The Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide and apply bond coat to highways across Northumberland, in accordance with the specification and a Programme of Works. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option of 3 annual extensions according to the tender documents.
