Romany Lane Electrical & Refurbishment Works

East Suffolk Council is looking for a contractor to install ductwork below ground to facilitate the installation of new electrical supply cables to the Romany Lane Traveller site in Kessingland, and carry out various upgrades to improve the current ablution blocks by completing refurbishment works of the existing day rooms and associated bathrooms. Once complete, these blocks with provide comfortable and energy efficient areas for residents on site. Associated works included within the draft specification include improvements to surface water drainage and installation of the necessary infrastructure in readiness for the creation of 4 further pitches in future.
