Ground Floor Extension Works Brecon Square for Thanet District Council This is a further competition from the South East Consortium's Responsive Repairs Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\), Lot 3 Planned Works The South East Consortium on behalf of Thanet District Council invite you to tender for their Ground Floor Extension Works contract\. Thanet District Council require a contractor for the following works Thanet District Councils' \[TDC\] Tenant and Leaseholder Services \(TLS\) wishes to appoint a single contractor to undertake works to construct a single storey rear ground floor extension to the property at 25 Brecon Square, Ramsgate, CT126NS\. The property is a 3 bedroomed semi detached 2 storey house of traditional construction, with gardens to the front and rear\. The proposed extension will comprise a bedroom, a wet floor bathroom and external ramping\. The existing ground floor Kitchen, Hallway and cloak room will be reconfigured to suit the proposed adaptation\.
