GB-Manchester: Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) Freight Modelling and Appraisal Study

Transport for the North (TfN) is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) opportunity for consulting companies interested in carrying out rail freight modelling and analysis studies on Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR).

The purpose of the EOI is to assist TfN in identifying companies that are both interested in and capable of meeting the requirements for the upcoming NPR Freight Study project.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
