## Description

DHSC: Information Management Services 4 \(IMS4\): The IMS4 Programme is the contract for the Provision of Information Management Services to the Department\. The contract has been awarded to EntServ UK \(Trading as DXC\)\. The new contract will replace the current IMS3 IT Services contract with Atos, which is due to expire in October 2022\. The new contract is for an initial 5-year term, valued at £36\.17M and includes an option to extend for a further 2 years with a total contract value of £48\.96M\.
