## Description

Tenders are invited for the Huxley Building Window Replacement\. This will cover window frame and window replacement with associated internal enabling making good works together with external concrete repairs in accordance with the tender specification and drawings\. The University is considering three options which are as follows: Option 1 - Front Elevation Only\. Option 2 - Front and Gable Elevations\. Option 3 - Front, Gable and Rear Elevations\. The decision as to which option will be selected will be down to the sole discretion of the University\. Under no circumstances will the University or any of its respective advisors be liable for any costs or expenses \(including, but not limited to: loss of profits, depletion of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses \("Losses"\)\) incurred by Tenderers, funders and/or its respective advisors arising directly or indirectly from this procurement or termination thereof, or any changes or adjustments including, without limitation any changes or adjustments made to the procurement documentation, or the exclusion/disqualification of a Tenderer\. For the avoidance of doubt, where a Tenderer withdraws, is disqualified or is excluded from the procurement process, under no circumstances will the University or its advisors be liable for any Losses howsoever incurred by such Tenderers\.
