Research to inform policy development to address emissions from NRMM

This contract will develop the evidence base and analysis required to support policy development to address emissions from Non Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM). The proposed research aims to understanding structure and ownership of the NRMM fleet in the UK. The data obtained will serve to inform policy-making in this area by reducing current gaps in the evidence base and reducing the level of uncertainty relating to NRMM in the national emissions inventory (NAEI).
