## Description

Dorset Council went out to tender to procure a specialist Principal Contractor to lay a Preservation surface treatment\. Dorset Council will be the client under the CDM Regulations 2015, and the Principal Contractor will be responsible for the provision of suitable and sufficient welfare facilities in accordance with the Construction \(Design and Management\) Regulations 2015 \(SI 2015/51\)\. This is a call-off from the Road Surface Treatments DPS
