Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition of 39 Affordable Homes at Grace Crescent Hardwick

Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition for the works and purchase of section 106 planning obligation (40%) of affordable housing comprising of 27 affordable rented and 12 shared ownership (adding up to 39 affordable homes) at Grace Crescent Hardwick. The land is owned by the developer and the developer has the sole rights to develop this land. SCDC has assessed that this will provide SCDC with the best consideration.
