## Description

Our requirement is to repeat the pay bench marking study conducted in 2015 under the Survey and Inspection Transformation Programme and, insofar as possible, to do so utilising identical parameters\. The primary research is to be supplemented by information that can be obtained from published and remuneration data for the sector, other research and existing market testing\.
