## Description

Salesforce licences allow staff to use the Salesforce platform upon which the Arcus products are built\. The salesforce licences that the council uses are Service Cloud Enterprise Edition \(EE\), Service Cloud Restricted \(EE\) - Back Office, Employee Apps and Community, Customer Community Logins and Knowledge\. Using the G-Cloud 13 we can procure the salesforce licences on a framework\.
