## Description

This project seeks to provide access to health economists and specialist financial experts to help the NHS England ICD team develop a Cost Benefit Analysis for the upgrade from ICD-10 to ICD-11\. This is essential as this is a complex upgrade given how embedded the use of ICD-10 is across the NHS and secondary uses of NHS Data\.
