Interim Business Lead (Cardiff)

An Interim Business Lead is required to provide immediate cover to the registry of shipping and Seamen (Cardiff) on a 5 moth fixed term contract.

This post will be responsible for all day to day operational activities, lead on people issues resolution covering disciplinary, behaviours, coaching and development, reorganisation in line with new Digital Ship Registry launch early February, Drive improved business performance across all KPI's through strong performance management processes and stabilise operation in readiness for handover to permanent Head o Operations ( expected start March 20 ).

A permanent head of operations has been recruited, with an estimate start of March 2020. By the time our new recruit is up to speed the Business RSS will have fully stabilised and we will be fit for the future.
