Description

The CSA Catapult helps UK companies, particularly SME's, to grow by exploiting advancements in compound semiconductor technologies. The CSA Catapult is currently tendering for a variety of services for its new premises. The required research facilities are proposed to be located in Newport. The space will be split between open plan offices and specialist laboratories (Power Electronics, RF/Microwave, Photonics/Sensors an Advanced Packaging). This opportunity concerns the supply of Project Management Services for pre construction and construction, including: • Project Management • Quantity Surveyor • Planning Consultant • CDM Principle Designer • Local Authority Planning • Procurement Management • Contract Administration The successful supplier will oversee the following disciplines: • Design team • Building Services • Others as required.
