## Description

A fault rectification, break-fix support service for the Council's current Nexsan and Quantum Scalar back-up data target devices providing on-site support including: Fault analysis & identification of hardware required to fix the issue, on-site device repair service at any required Gateshead Council site and the supply, installation and configuration of all spare parts that are required to resolve the fault\(s\)\.
