The works will comprise of the cyclical planned and reactive maintenance services to the Council's Commercial Air Conditioning, Ventilation systems and associated systems in the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire under a 3 year (with option to extend by a further 2 years 1+1) Measured Term Contract.
