Work description
The international blue finance team is seeking support to refine the scope of the Blue Planet Fund's programming for two of the Fund's priority outcomes: (1) International and large-scale fisheries and (2) Illegal, unregulated and unreported (IUU) fishing. The consultant will be required to produce three outputs for each outcome; country list, theory of change and potential programmes.
