## Description

The international blue finance team is seeking support to refine the scope of the Blue Planet Fund's programming for two of the Fund's priority outcomes: \(1\) International and large-scale fisheries and \(2\) Illegal, unregulated and unreported \(IUU\) fishing\. The consultant will be required to produce three outputs for each outcome; country list, theory of change and potential programmes\.
