The Derbyshire Independent Advocacy Service will provide a range of advocacy support to the people of Derbyshire excluding Derby City which includes A single point of access for advocacy referral and triage Independent Mental Health Advocacy IMHA Non statutory IMHA in hospital settings for informal patients who have accessed, or likely to access IMHA Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy IMCA including DoLS Relevant Persons Representatives Independent Health Complaints Advocacy IHCA Independent Care Act Advocacy ICAA Non statutory Advocacy
