## Description

Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council \(the employer\) is seeking to identify and appoint Contractor\(s\) to a patching Contract Framework Agreement \(Framework\)\. The estimated value through the Framework is not guaranteed and is dependant budgets made available to the Employer\.
