## Description

As the Preston Estate has been extended to stay open until 2025, furniture is required to improve the working environments for colleagues working in this area for the future of the building\. The requirement is to supply, deliver and install furniture \(please see attached furniture schedule in Annex A\) to Unicentre, Lords Walk, Preston, PR1 1DH\.
