Milton Keynes Council Development Viability Assessments

Applicants wishing to alter the council's requirement for provision of affordable housing or to offer below policy requirement planning obligation contributions at development sites are required to provide a Viability Assessment to be considered as part of the Council's Pre- Application/Planning Application process. Viability Assessments provided by applicants are required to be independently reviewed. To this end MKC wishes to appoint an independent valuation advisor to undertake up to 10 such reviews of development site viability assessments each year for a three-year period starting on 1 July 2019.
