Hall For Cornwall Capital Redevelopment Project - Quantity Surveyor Services

Hall For Cornwall [HFC] Trust [the client] is seeking to procure the services of a Quantity Surveyor for a major capital project to refurbish and expand the theatre facilities in its existing Grade II* listed building, in the heart of Truro in Cornwall. The project will include creating a new front of house, back of house and auditorium with new culture sector facilities. To finance the project HFC is applying to Cornwall Council, Arts Council England, Heritage Lottery Fund and the European Regional Development Fund [part of the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Programme]to fund the project.
