Following the completion of the Scoping Study, the British Council is now seeking to commission a Research Supplier to design, test and evaluate the methodological approach and research results, establish the framework and tools, and conduct the training for the new Global Research Programme outlined in the tender documents Additional information: Interested parties will need to register at the link above and express an interest for this project to gain access to the documents. The Contract awarded for the period outlined in the ITT document 11.1 (Timescales) or until all Research Services have been completed and all Research Materials have been delivered to the British Council's satisfaction. Place of delivery: The Research Pilot will be carried out in the UK and two other countries. The selected countries will be low- or middle-income countries where we have ongoing relevant activity. The final decision on pilot countries will be made by the British Council in line with its operational requirements. The British Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
