Bristol Waste Company \(BWC\) is redeveloping its Avonmouth Transfer Station to install a new building which will house a Materials Recovery Facility \(MRF\) which will process and bale materials collected from the residents of Bristol City\. BWC wishes to appoint a supplier for the supply, installation, and maintenance of MRF Infrastructure Equipment \(the 'Services'\)\.
