## Description

The contract will provide legal and transaction support for implementation of amendments to the Growth Guarantee Scheme\. The supplier will work with the Buyer's legal team to establish and operate a HighQ portal; support preparation, population and upload of template guarantee, amendment and restatement agreements and lending limit letters; apply agreed Buyer signatures when instructed; issue standard communications and DocuSign envelopes to participating lenders; monitor responses and send reminders; refer substantive legal queries to the Buyer; correct and reissue documents where lender details change; and check that completed documents have been duly executed\. The requirement was called off from the Crown Commercial Service Legal Panel for Government framework \(RM6360\), using the relevant lot and framework call-off procedure, and this Contracts Finder notice records the proposed award of the resulting call-off contract\.
