Oldham Council would like to invite you to a market engagement event to help us develop our commissioning and tender intentions for a range of children's social care services supporting children and young people who are looked after or are care leavers\. Further details are below within the Market Engagement Event Section\. Oldham are ideally seeking to work with one overall lead provider and will consider partnership and sub-contracting arrangements\. The full tender will be advertised on The Chest later this year
