Tender for The Provision of Facilities Management for the Sugden Sport Centre - AWARD

Description

The University of Manchester and the Manchester Metropolitan University, wish to appoint a Supplier to undertake the management of the Sugden Sports Centre. The purpose of this tender is to seek bids from suitable interested parties to: o Provide a safe, clean, efficient and customer orientated service. o Demonstrate the ability to achieve identified surplus thresholds. o Ensure effective programming within the Sugden Sports Centre, meeting the needs of the diverse population of both Universities, and the wider community and user groups that the Centre serves. o Provide skilled, motivated, appropriately qualified and customer focused staff to manage and operate the Centre. o Identify potential opportunities and funding sources for investment in the building itself, the equipment contained within it and the service infrastructure.
