Housing 21 wishes to seek Expressions of Interest (EOI) from contractors interested in quoting to deliver the following local Extra Care Services: • Window cleaners • Guttering cleaning services • Cleaners • Gardeners • Multi - facilities or multi trade and services For information: Housing 21 is a leading not-for-profit provider of Retirement Living and Extra Care properties for older people of modest means. We operate in nearly 200 local authority areas, managing around 20,000 Retirement and Extra Care Living properties and providing over 42,000 hours of social care each week: Housing 21 - About us Housing 21 is particularly keen to hear from contractors that are accredited with Safe Contractor or CHAS Advance, or are willing to become accredited within a 3 month period, and provide services in the following areas : • Limestone View - BD24 9RB • Sycamore Hall - DL8 3HF • Eller Beck - BD23 1NT • Bransdale - YO62 5FE • Springhill - YO61 3AS • Meadowfields- YO7 1LU Contractors interested should in the first instance email their 'Expression of Interest' to procurementteam@housing21.org.uk by Thursday 2nd December 2021 at midday.
