## Description

The Authority requires a long-term operator to enter into a Lease and Management Authority of 40 years, for the property of Rising Sun Farm\. The successful Tenderer will enter into the Lease and Management Agreement and take full responsibility for the maintenance of all farm buildings and farmland and all financial outgoings for Rising Sun Farm\. The successful Tenderer will have regard to the existing occupational interests of Rising Sun Farm\. The rental income from the existing occupational interests will assist with the outgoings of Rising Sun Farm\.
