## Description

Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity to carry out monthly visits \(as a minimum\) by an Independent Person to undertake a rigorous and impartial assessment of the home's arrangements for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in the home's care\. Kirklees operates 5 children's homes but will expand this provision to 7 by the end of 2022 This contract is anticipated to commence on 22nd January 2022 and will expire on 31st March 2025 with the provision to extend for a further twelve \(12\) months\.
